How do my maxed out characters get one-shot...

I'm talking about 7*, lv70, Gear VIII characters. I'm fighting lv65, 5* star teams. Not only do enemies Lumi and Sid routinely outrun my higher leveled Lumi and Sid, they do more dmg and often one sho...

Either that or he didn't max his leader ability and gear which can explain it. Some exaggeration assumed.
