While I 100% understand how annoying and frustrating it is, have you guys ever thought of just giving in and save everyone the headache and crystals? If you all spend crystals trying to send him back, just let him have his 1st place during his PO and take 2nd instead if you share the PO with him. That's just a 25 crystal loss, but you won't ever have to waste any crystals fighting him anymore. Also let him stay in 2 after his PO. If it's your PO when his PO ISN'T up, then just take 1st, and the person who would take second can just take 3rd. Again, that's a 25 crystal loss, but you won't have to waste any crystals fighting him. And if all of that doesn't work, just let him stay at 1, If he is at 1, then he will never be able to snipe anyone. I know it feels bad letting the ''evil'' guy win, but if he is as bad as you explained he was, I'd just take a 25 crystal hit and move on.
