How do you decide who comes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Rancor Raid (when most can solo it)?

Theres only 3 of us in my guild that can solo it, but during our 0 damage phases we try and send in 1 toon and do as close to 0 damage as possible. I think our lowest score was 4 damage with a g1 7* ventress. But as I said theres only three of us that can solo it so we're basically just rotating the top 3 around each time.
