- Our guild, Thrawn's Renegades has 11 soloists (and counting).
We have an 18 hour registration period, during which everybody is encouraged to send one toon (the weakest) to score a zero by hitting the guards (side pigs).
The actual raid lasts about 15 mins, yes, many pre-load, but nobody registers until at least 5 mins after the raid opens.
For soloists, we have two additional rules and dynamics. First, no auto during pre-load time, only auto when the raid opens during the first. Second we rotate the top three -- only three can solo, and we rotate basing in player nickname. I keep the order of things on a google doc available to all guild.
I dislike this method, but better than nothing. The rotation evens the peace among my soloists. We are eagerly awaiting EA's better resolution and, of course, some Chewy shards. - Implement a no solo rule. Closest to 0% wins. If you mess up and solo, you take a 0 next raid. Do it often, and you don't participate.

Theres only 3 of us in my guild that can solo it, but during our 0 damage phases we try and send in 1 toon and do as close to 0 damage as possible. I think our lowest score was 4 damage with a g1 7* ventress. But as I said theres only three of us that can solo it so we're basically just rotating the top 3 around each time."Vertigo;1001758" wrote:

Pretty sure he was saying solo it as close to death as you can without killing it. The person who did the most damage (left him at closest to 0%) will win. If you end up killing it, you don't get to compete for it next time.
