Lots of sith users arent smart enough to run a fast SA or run SA at all. Guess that's why they are meta slaves. If you can pump a ton of speed into je you can outspeed most average SA.

I doubt it's a smarts thing. It's probably a lack of assassin or resources. Assassin makes zMaul really potent. I guess my issue is, when I discuss teams, it's at the top levels. I guess I don't really know the mid level tiers.

Slowest SA in my top 20 (Dec 15 shard) is around.... 250. So about +100 speed. Fastest one is a little under 270 I believe. But even that being said, as long as your shardmates have equal mods, they will be able to outspeed your Jawa Engineer. If they aren't stacking speed on SA and you start going before them with JE, they'll start stacking speed on SA and they'll beat you to the punch after they notice you've become faster. It's not really a long term solution, but it could work for a bit.

People aren't going to do the effort for one Droid team messing with them.

Are you sure? They might. I know plenty of people that hate droids and wouldn't want to see them anywhere near the top. They also might try it and realize, "wow, I can go before everyone else on my shard and I'm winning a lot more, this was a good idea."

I think it's inevitable that people will start to speed up their SA if they realize they're losing. People don't like losing, and if the only thing in their way is changing mods, they'll do it. If they need to farm and gear and entire new character, that's a little less likely, but if they already have the equal speed mods, they'll change them.
