How exactly does potency and tenacity work?
So say vader has 50% potency and uses his basic on someone with 25% tenacity, what is the exact chance that he will inflict ability block on them? I'm just still really confused on how this works.

What if I said I was tired of my character getting debuffed all the time, so I swapped his Potency primary for a Tenacity Primary and he's now resisting more than he's debuffed. The downside is he'll be having a harder time landing his effects, but still works out for what I want from him.
It's not as broken a mechanic as people claim it is, just harder than stacking Potency.
