I don’t believe that this is something intentionally built into the game. That’s a bit far fetched imo.
But I get it. Despite what some are claiming, this DOES happen.
Who claimed it doesn't?
I even pointed out a case where it happened to me once."CamaroAMF;c-2080952" wrote:

When your closer to kyber this seems to increase. I think It's meant to make it more challenging...
Stop spreading stuff like this, it's not helpful.
Proof it's not true.
Do you have data?
This has happened to me three times when I was aurodium league in week 3 of GA. Not week 1 or 2... but in week 3 and 4 of the challenge when I was about to make kyber.
Maybe you think it's not true because you own CG stock but dont tell me what to post.
Oh by the way what week of GA is it? Week 3. Funny I get lectured about helpfulness of my comment from the guy with 632,372,911 forum posts who's only here to have more posts than anyone else not actually contribute to anything.
Never happened to me on either one of my accounts.
Not every post is in reference to you.
Oh so "never happened to me" automatically means "never happened to anyone." Cool.- Also that post was quoting Bobcat's conspiracy theory.

So software developers normally write up purposefully bugged code and release it so that end users have to deal with said bugs?
Wow, you clearly do not work for a software company."littleMAC77;c-2081211" wrote:

That’s not what he said.
The statement was:
“No developer intentionally releases bugged content“.
The reality is, they know there are bugs not worked out yet but still release it. And I believe that this is as true of CG as it is of most other software companies."littleMAC77;c-2081211" wrote:

I never said they purposefully create the bugs, they release software knowing full well there are bugs they have not fixed. That’s why in all test management software there is a field that in some way indicates the bug is deemed acceptable for one reason or another."kello_511;c-2081212" wrote:

Thats great and all, but this is taking the statement out of context. Obviously bugs happen in all code, and they cannot all be fixed inbetween release versions. This has nothing to do with the context of Ultra's post.
The statemnt was in response to a crazy conspiracy theory that implied CG was intentionally causing crashes and download issues with bugs."littleMAC77;c-2081214" wrote:

There's been a ton of taking stuff out of context in this thread. People keep ignoring the fact that the whole discussion spun out of Bobcat's crazy conspiracy theory, which is why I keep saying he needs to stop.- NotRealUltra5 years agoLegend

Those are unintended, I’m talking about making it buggy on purpose to increase difficulty (bobcat’s assertion)
Like, why fix the missing buttons glitch if all bugs were intentional to make the game harder? "ImaSmakya;c-2081227" wrote:

Yeah, CG is ignoring bugs on purpose.
But look how fast they rework a toon (-> Hux) when he's able to counter their money maker. Anyone remember Malak snafu?
No "new" content, but players still invest money in this game. They work less, you pay more (-> Galactic Legends)
No you're missing the point. Bobcat is not claiming they ignore bugs on purpose, but that they actually make the bugs on purpose, which somehow makes them money. And I have to prove they don't.
What a day.
I'm not sure I claimed they intentionally make the bugs on purpose... that's giving them way too much credit. But i feel like they do intentionally ignore the bugs.
Maybe it’s there somewhere, but I see no post of bobcats in this thread where he states they intentionally create bugs. TVF is the first one to state anything of that nature. Ignore is probably the wrong term, it usually comes down to prioritization, but there are all sorts of reasons for not fixing a bug.
It’s in bobcat’s first post on page 1 that TVF responded to. The key word bobcat used was “meant”, meaning intentionally done.
