How many crystals do you spend a day?

First question, How many crystals do you spend in a day? And how do you spend them? I have taken a break from the game many times so I’m working on catching up. I typically spend 450 crystals a day....

Usually, I earn 50 from squad arena and 50 from fleet arena. This means I can't spend crystals every day. Usually what I spend my crystals on is gear, though I'm currently putting them all into cantina energy to finally take Embo to R7, and then take Mission to 7*.
