PVP isn't high priority because they give the same rewards regardless of who wins. It's been going on for two years now, which means it's not a big deal to them. Sure it's a more complex problem, but over $2 Billion in revenue says you should be able to fix a GAME Bug. NASA is fixing issues on telescopes and rovers hundreds of thousands of miles away over a 9k modem, but CG can't fix a tier ranking bug in a video game. If it stopped players from spending on GAC, they'd definitely put more resources into fixing it since players are spending on GAC significantly enough.
Their only "updates" for GAC and TW are datacrons that are procedurally generated garbage. Along with offering "rentals" of one single FDC for 100 dollars! (Not to mention the occasional stupid level OP regular DC like Vane's one-shot anything, including GL's, datacron.)
But there are a dozen other bugs still impacting players negatively as well that aren't being addressed in a timely fashion. I'd like to think that this new paint job means they'll be working to fix issues of the past, but their track record is questionable in that regard.
