How much tenacity does phase 2 rancor have?

The actual tenacity number? Not entirely sure, but you want at least 80% potency or higher on your characters to get TMR to stick consistently, or just use Dengar/TFP/Krennic (I mean hey, maybe you 7*'d Krennic...) to apply Tenacity down and then tenacity/potency is a non-issue.
