How much value is there in Bounty Hunter Double Drops

So the new game update message included the following: Added limited time bonus drops to Light and Dark side hard nodes for Bounty Hunters (Starting 9/22) But unless I am missing something, ...

I think it will be like that thing we had where you sim a hard node and you have a chance for them to be bonus shards, not BH hard nodes but any nodes
