As far as I am aware that Biggs has 144 Speed from Wedge's passive ability
The video was done over 2 weeks ago and at that time alot was uses Wedge lead and that video was tailored to Wedge Lead. Han ST & AA with equal MODs makes Han ST quicker.
The META will continue to change and and a strong counter is Rex lead. His leadership is very strong and counters alot of team types.
I would advise going after Lando Wedge Ani B2 as they are all farmable but MODs & Speed is the major META.
The beauty about MODs is no team is the same but if you have a 5* Han Raid Solo or higher go for the Stun on Wedge that will help
