How to change profile picture

I just tied. I'm on a mobile, so it looks like the only way is to click the options, (top left) then go into the "full site" and use the options menu there.

I could be wrong. I don't really know. I'm surprised a Mod hasn't helped you tho. So I tried.

I've never seen gifs. So I'm assuming that's not possible.

You click on the cog icon on the top right. Then, click on Change My Picture on the right. There, you can upload a picture to use and edit the borders. The "Picture" is the full sized pic people will see when they go to your profile. The "Thumbnail" is the pic people will seen when you post.

THanks for the help. Went to the full site and changed it!!!

I am on a phone and the button on the right is home

Even there it is not an option for a pic.
