I meant feats in general including the event and sector feats. They haven't changed since release.
Feats like "win 50 DS/LS battles" will probably stay forever because there is no reason to change them but feats like "win 14 battles with jedi/sith" or "gain buff/inflict debuff" should change or rotate. I understand that boss feats might be a bit more complicated.
