How to Unlock Han Solo

Does anyone know how to unlock Han Solo? I know that you have to finish T7 Raids but my question is, do you have to be in a top spot to acquire his shards? or does everyone in the raid get Han Solo ...

Yes. Last in a tier 7 guild will also get you better rewards than first in a tier 6
