How to Unlock Han Solo

Does anyone know how to unlock Han Solo? I know that you have to finish T7 Raids but my question is, do you have to be in a top spot to acquire his shards? or does everyone in the raid get Han Solo ...

I'll get you only if you can get 600 coins a day. Tier 7 guilds want all their member to get the coins so they can raid every other day
