I have about 1200 crystals right now and I'm not sure if I should buy the Rebels pack with them, use them for energy refills, or get the 4 pack of data cards. What's the best use of them to build a go...

Don't buy packs unless you are willing to drop 4 figures.
Refreshes are the way to go. 100/100 in Cantina and 50/50 each day in normal energy at a minimum.
