please tell me how to write to the developer about a person who brazenly uses cheats in all game modes.

please send a message to @CG_Leviathan with details on why you think someone is cheating and your ally code plus the ally code and name of the suspected cheater.
It also helps to report the cheater in the To Catch A Cheater server
