I wouldn’t do a single thing.
There are only Reyes on my arena shard between 1 and 20. Not a single Kylo. She is still a beast and you need to have a lot of high end chars to (finally) beat her (in multiple try’s). Just look at GaC and the incredible defence.
Those who started farming for rey will unlock rey if they want it or not and that has little to do with the fact if she is better or worse character
