Just be happy that this marvelous game is free. Gating event with character is a way to fund the game and if you are not happy, pay the toon to avoid the grind and go on with your usual farming. You are always free to stop playing if you are not happy, but you know the Devs are also preparing a dark side territory where you will smash everyone and laugh to everyone who did not farm magmatrooper or mob enforcer.
