Humbling Blow Severely Bugged?
First off, this has nothing to do with the latest patch notes. Yeah, I noticed that the "bug fixes" which went live on the 16th do not work. Specifically, Humbling Blow does not work when the attack kills the target.
The bug I'm talking about is that as long as the attack doesn't kill, Humbling Blow ALWAYS SUCCEEDS, now.
In arena, I can use humbling blow on ANYONE, now. It used to proc less than 50% on anyone with 40+ tenacity for me. But now:

GS, you have pretty good tenacity. But I'll take your offense up, too.
Poe, no problem
RG, yeah, your tenacity is pretty dope, but no problem, here either.
The funniest thing is Yoda giving Tenacity Up. And getting instant team offense up for removing Tenacity Up. On Yoda.
The only thing that has made my Humbling Blow miss is...Foresight . Yeah, I had to try it, because it was working on everything and anyone else, lately, lol.
Anyhow, this is why I'm currently putting QGJ on almost every arena team I use, now. I'm enjoying the brief foray into the top twenty while it lasts.
I used to prioritize Lumi. Waiting for her Evasion Up or heal. Now it just doesn't matter.
