When Kuiil uses his “I Have Spoken” special ability, we need to hear him say “I Have Spoken”.

This always cracked me up how he shouts that when he is defeated. The child makes some noises with ig 11, you can hear Vader breathing in the character menu and nhilus mumbles something as well
