I‘ve got a problem with the EA-Connect feature

I just tried to connect my ingame account to my EA-Account. Then I hit a literal wall. I am not able to connect because the dates of birth in the app and the account do not match. I know that they should match, and I know that I used the same for both things. Is there a way to see the birthdate I put in the game? If I can get that, I could fix the problem. Can someone help me?
