No, the answer is your mods probably suck. The fact that you are listing total power values as if that's something that matters tends to confirm that.

Look up the guides again, and then pay attention to the mod stats they have. Spend some time farming mods if you don't have any that meet the requirements. 

You might missed the part where I said I had watched the guides, this is not the first Legend I try, I know mods are more important than anything.

So, yeah I had the recommended mods leveled up.

But I never (Nd will never) paid a single cent, so there's that

You're not at all clear in your writing here, but I'm guessing that you're trying to make it through the Jar Jar unlock event. Is that correct? 

Yes, but is it the first Journey Toon you have tried since Relic Delta was added?  The game had a hard reset from Level 90 Elites to actual relic teams you are now facing.  Do you have all zetas and omegas on the characters AND are you using the correct 6* mods with the correct stats?   I've personally found using crit avoidance arrows with secondary speed to be more beneficial that speed mod primary arrows.  The fact that you are loaned a R1 Jar Jar makes you heavily rely on the other 4 toons to keep him alive.  

Really helps when wallet warriors rub it in too. 

It's not "skills" you're losing cause you don't buy your victories like they did. 

Guides are getting outdated. You can't do that stuff without paying. (Well mostly) It's ice skating uphill but survivable

I'm afraid all the mods are already relocated, after I decided to give up on him I put them somewhere useful; I'm going for Bo'Katan now.

Now that you mention it, it is, I guess I need to check updated guides. In any case I wasn't really interested in him, I just wanted it for the collection.

I am going to recommend this guide.  It is 6 days old and is the new walkthrough of the Mand'alor event with Relic Delta.  It is RNG fest but can be done at level R7.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cvvwAb0kGY

I can say that Relic delta completely changed this event.  I did the journey guide a few days ago to try to farm something for one of the journey quests.  I was doing the 2nd to last tier of the Jar Jar event, and Maul was one shooting my r8 Phalanx (I did not remod for this). Eventually, Maul did a different move first and I was able to survive, but yes, it was way different than it was when I unlocked Jar Jar. 

Essentially any old "unlock guide" from before Relic Delta is probably worthless for most of this stuff
