I cant contact costumer support.

When i press help in game, it gets me into a website that keeps refreshing constantly (tried with multiple devices. No change) When i try to contact from EA help, i pick my choices It doesnt give me any option to reach online chat with staff ( see screenshot below.) I want a guild name change for the guild i am leading and its been 10 days since i started trying.

    I'm sorry to hear that. You're right, you'll need the support team to get help with the guild rename. Let's see...If this is still an issue for you, please grab your Player ID & Ally Code and try to load up the website outside of the game and include that information that way.

    Steps: Open up a browser > go to help.ea.com > click 'Contact us' > Fill out case categories > Enter information in text box > Select Contact option. 

    ^ If that doesn't work, please let me know.
