I didn't receive my purchase
I made three purchases totaling :
-2751 Mk IV Dorn Ability Module.
-150 Mk IV Enhanced Performance Core.
When making the second purchase, I got an error about the purchase not being completed. The first and third purchases went through without a hitch. I contacted in-game support and was told that all purchases had been delivered. But it is not correct. I counted the Enhanced Performance Core and fount that I was 50 un. are missing, which is exactly the amount for one purchase. The calculation is as follows. The three purchases come to a total of 150 Enhanced Performance Core. I received another 75 un. from Colosseum rewards. I spent 150 un. on leveling three new era characters (each requires 50 un.). That should leave me with 75 Enhanced Performance Core (50*3+75-150=75). But I only have 25 un. Support isn't listening to me. They just ask for screenshots of my purchases and then close my request, saying that the purchases have arrived. My ally code 819-177-433.
