I feel hopeless and really need help

Hello everyone,Since EA Help is not really helpful and reliable, I was hoping anyone here or might be CG could help meI have an account it was linked to Game Center and EA Connect, this "EA Connect" can be unlinked at anytime as long you can access the account on your device, someone and somehow they have access to my account on their device and they keep unlink my EA connect, I do keep trying to relink my EA Connect by logging in from my Game Center, it only stay a day then they unlink it again. I'm usually play the game on PC app and now It's no longer possible to play it on PC because they keep unlink the EA connect from my account.I'm scared that anytime soon if this keeps happening, they can delete the account or mess with it anytime.It's been 2 months I'm in contact with EA Help and yet a single solution has been found to solve my problem, everytime they reply you are not talking with the same representative, so sometimes the other say yes and the other say no, even sometimes the other understand what is my problem the other don't. They promise would do the account swap progress, and now they said it could not been done, so in short they just want me to "let it go". If EA Help could not help where do I ask for help then? I feel hopeless.I'm just hoping that EA or CG could remove their access to my account. It's a 11mil account been playing since 2015, used my hard earned money and a lot of time to reach it, I have been saving crystal around 40k, and now the last time I see it only 900 left, it really hurts for me knowing this happen to me, 10 years and someone just took it.Sorry for my bad english, any help would be appreciated.Thank you

What Im trying to do is to prevent the suspect access to my account because if my data are still on their device they can unlink the ea connect from the cog button on the left of main menu and select "connect" at anytime but not the game center so as of now Im login using game center and right now two people playing the same account including me.

Sorry a bit confused, so I have to do this from my game account right? like login to forum using the same game center that used to login to my account directly from mailbox in the game?

If I understand correctly, you are trying to link your EA account to your actual game account. If that is right, then try signing into your forum account, signing out and then signing in again using the platform you play the game on (such as Google (Android), Apple (iPhone) etc..

It should detect that you have two different usernames for both your game account and your EA forums account and ask you if you would like to link both. Afterwards you should be able to sign in with no problem from your game account directly into the EA forums from within the game itself by going to your mailbox in-game and clicking on the last tab on the right. Your default browser will open the official website for SW: GoH and log you in accordingly.
