I got ban

All I know is I grinded everyday for over 6 years on a mobile phone, built a strong account then one day out of nowhere got a ban message about multiple offences. I don’t have the first clue about how to employ a hack, I have no need to and never made any attempt to do the wrong thing in any aspect of the game. Then when I try to appeal it, I get no explanation or response. This was a month ago now.
