What Maul requirements do you actually need?

I think I know the answer but would like an official one. I have a 5* Maul (Hate Fueled) so I would only need Vader at R6 to complete the remaining journey, but will I actually need all the toons at R6 to be eligible for the event? In theory I don't need the others, but we have never had an event with this structure before.

So, even though I've been in the club before, will the bouncer block me at the door this time?
