I was banned for ingame messages.
I will be the first to admit that my words were unacceptable, and I deeply regret them. Irregardless of what I was going through IRL, I shouldn't have taken it out on the other person, irregardless of their words to me.
I went through ban appeal system and no response or effect. I don't know how that works or if it's even done by humans or robots.
My hope in posting here is to maybe catch a developers attention and ask for the permanent ban to maybe be changed to a suspension or permanent mute.
I've learned my lesson and I won't let it ever happen again if changes are made to the accounts status.
