Ideal Separatist team splits for phase 4?

Before this TB started, I finished getting all my Seps to R3 or higher in hopes of being able to complete the Dooku, Wat, and one combat mission with them.

I think it's obvious that the bugs stick together for a combat mission. What's the best way to split up the rest for the Dooku and Wat missions? Thanks!
