When it comes to empire and even most sith the real elephant in the room is speed. Maul 100 speed, DN 124, EP slow, Vader slow, DT slow, ShT slow, RG slow, Krennic slow. The Tarkin rework made him faster than anybody on that list at a whopping 124 speed. All the troopers are slow, it's one big turtle fest.
