The biggest problem with them is the fact that they do so much and then don't have any underlying downside to their base stats. Baze has almost 10,000 more hit points than stormtrooper Han, another taunting tank with a lot of utility. If you include baze's 20% max health bonus that he gets for no reason, then you can do a mathematical equation to say that stormtrooper Han + Rex = baze's health pool.
