Imbalanced gear requirements (not the usual complaint)?

@Dretzle - I agree with all you say, but at the end of the day, some characters are still pretty much useless compared to the meta whatever the gear they are equipped with. But having really hard gear demands makes them even less likely to be used. None of the seven I listed can be considered 'meta' for any part of the game as it stands.
