Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

They kept moving TB's with a few days every once in a while, but I think we had one DS and one LS TB each month.
Every time they skipped a TB completely (twice if I recall, about half a year ago) we got the potential rewards for "free" in the inbox.
