Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

Key word here is 'value'. The actual value of MK2 currency relative to the cost of the shards is not very realistic. If those shards were NOT MK2, but instead GET, it MIGHT be of value then.
