Impossible to report cheating of certain players using new reporting system

I noticed a cheater in my new fleet shard. As of the time of this report, the cheater is ranked #1. It is obvious the player is either a cheater or a shard bot (tinfoil). He has Han's millenium falcon unlocked as of the time of this post, but get this-- he only has four bounty hunter ships. It is impossible to unlock han's millenium falcon. The unlock requirements to even attempt to do so require minimum 5 bounty hunter ships.

I reported it in-game but nothing has been done to ban the cheater.

I noticed that EA posted a new forum instruction for reporting cheaters online, which asks us to fill out a worksheet. However, that worsheet isnt well thought out because it has a required field input for the cheater's ally code.

I am unable to obtain or locate the cheating player's ally code in-game. Likewise, when I try searching for it online, the player's supposed guild doesnt exist on swgoh website.

I've paid money towards this game. It is disappointing to see that cheaters and/or bot accounts are allowed to circumvent the rules and monopolize ranked positions and rewards in my fleet shard. Please fix this and ban this cheater.

Here are the screenshots that ive got of the cheater's profile and ships.

  • Hello friend,

The player you are accusing of cheating has a 6 star capital ship and three 7 star and one 5 star bounty hunter.  He has a 5 star Falcon.  That’s all that is required.  These’s no cheating here.  If they had a seven star Falcon, you’d have a case.

5 ships constitutes the capital ship and four star-fighters or cargo ships.  Your capital ship is turned into The Devastator.
