In game Chat boxes

I think we need notifications to pop up and let us know when a new notification comes in from a channel. Give us an option to mute channels we dont want to hear about so we dont constantly have a red notification box (like guild chat...i'll check every so often), but if I've spoken to a random person, I most often forget to check and miss messages.

In terms of the format of this, similar to facebook messenger, a notification bubble could appear next to the current speech bubble at the bottom of the UI.
