Incapacitating Strike Feat - Potency Down
It reads "Attempt to inflict Potency Down 40 Times". Attempt makes it sounds like it counts even if resisted right? Regardless, I'm using Ninth Sister, ability "Ground Pound", reads..."Deal physical damage to all enemies, and inflicts Daze, Defense Down and Potency down for 2 turns, which can't be resisted by Jedi."
So this ability should always land against a jedi....well attacking a jedi team in conquest, none of them end up with potency down, and after 3 battles with ninth sister I still have 0. Haven't tried one with Yoda yet to see if it's flat out broken but there is definitely an issue with something here.
*edit* Turns out the potency down is part of the ninth sisters zeta ability which I didn't have.
