Inconsistent datacrons listed in shipments

Is it normal for different datacrons to show in the episode shipments for different players?

I have two accounts, and one shows Pillars of War (4 datacrons), and the other shows Armor and Instinct (7 datacrons).  Shouldn't they be the same since they have an expiration date?

I seem to recall them being the same in the past, but they're different between the two accounts now.

Maybe I'm just wrong on what should be there, but I just thought everyone had access to the same one's during the same period.
