Incredible incompetence !!!!!!

I just had the dubious pleasure of calling the EA customer service to finally, as announced in the update ...... finally ....... convert my child account into an adult account.
Now clearly have high blood pressure.
The call lasted 47 minutes, 45 minutes of which was on hold.
The result: you can't help me. There is no information about it etc.
Lol..........
You can't even laugh at so much audacity and incompetence ......
What is missing now is that Kyno is pushing this post back into Nirvana.

    Im ersten Absatz gibt es ganz unten eine Schritt für Schritt-Anleitung. Danach wirst du angerufen, schätzungsweise von jemandem, der bescheid weiss und auch helfen kann.
  • Kisakee, thanks for trying to help me but unfortunately it's not that easy.
    If I follow the steo by step instruction from the update, I won't get very far. Press the help button and a message appears that I cannot be connected to EA Support ....
    I actually gave up but I'm learning here for life ....
    Quite possible that my help is sometimes needed .... I'll stick to the old testament .....

    Well, then it is normal situation, actually.
  • I had a dude in my guild, it's a while ago, who didnt set the birthdate correctly when starting playing - so he had to play as a minor. Additional he never logged in with Google play, so played as an guest on his phone.
    When his phone broke and he wanted to transfer to a new one, they didnt just help him there (good he had ally code and player id), but also adjusted the playing as minor and migrated it to an adult account.

    So keep it up guys and try again. Guess it might be as allways - getting the correct person on the line to help can make the difference...
  • The problem is that the update tells you exactly what to do and the support has no clue
