Ineligible to participate in this raid due to it being launched before you joined the guild

This is new, was it flagged in an update anywhere? We have a sister guild who we help finish a heroic Rancor once a week - who are now stranded as we can't go and help them

Thanks for the constructive input....not everyone has spent $1000's like you.

We merged guilds last year, and their strongest players graduate into our guild when a space opens, rather than cast aside the weaker members when we merged - we help them, and new players - I hope this makes sense to you
