I retired (intentionally) from the game once maybe a year and a half ago. I tried coming back and being less competitive and just enjoying the game more. The thing that was really the drag is arena/fleet arena. If you aren’t competitive there, with the boring and repetitive battles, it massively hinders your ability to progress in the game. It’s a really deflating game design.
