Injector handle salvage

Recommend setting aside some of your daily energy to farm them directly, going up through all the 50 crystal energy refreshes if need be.

You always have to choose your priorities.

I have two G13s. To get there, I put all my standard farms on hold except IG-2000 (16 energy) and Droideka (20 energy).

Badstila's a 20 energy farm. Juhani's 16. Candy's cantina, Carth's fleet, HK is a shop. If you don't have Devan at this point, I'm guessing you're not doing node refreshes, or at least not very aggressively.

So you can set the exact same tempo I farmed at, get some number of finishers in a reasonably timely manner, then pick farms back up later.

@YaeVizsla I use refreshes, just not on hard hordes. For some reason the OR toons I, farming , Badstilla, Juhani, and Carth, have just had awful drop rates. It looks like binary code. 000101100010010 lol they have by far been the hardest to star for me. I’ve had luck with others, but not them. I’ve finally got 2 of them 6 stars, but I don’t think 100 crystals a pop for refreshes on energy and turns to get maybe 1 shard is worth it. So I use it for gear, I figure I get more bang for my buck that way.

@Kyle_Katarn_ I took your advice. I used refreshes for the gear I got it in 2 1/2 days. I used lots f refreshes today to finish it off

drop rate seems bad, but they are on normal shards I believe so it's easier to farm than a 20 energy hard ship node

You can also get them via GAC currency, once it starts up. I imagine injector and Kyrotech salvage will be the main things getting purchased there, at least until a GAC-exclusive character or ship gets added.

Considering I'm 1/25 on the handles, no way I'm spending shit on refreshes. I have 0 G13 characters, and actually decided to try for one. Seems like it won't happen. I don't know why I still bother with this app, sim, sim, sim, PVP battle, sim, frustration, frustration, log out. I've been farming Bossk for a year and a half now, still not at 7*. The app is pointless, it doesn't deserve a cent of my money (already made that mistake), and yet even when you put the time in, you get insanely low drop rates that everyone else will threaten you over if you say there's something wrong with the rates. I'm talking from direct experience over YEARS, the drop rates are not 33%, if you want to believe that, fine, but it just doesn't hold up for everyone. But can't be a bug, I'm told, because it's fine for everyone else (yeah, right). Bossk drop rate over a 1+ year span is about 17%. So, take your BS stats and shove it.

But now to your points.
Farm the handles right now over the weekend, as double drops are currently active.

Even with a drop rate of 1 shard per day, which you have made up in a previous post of yours, you should have Bossk at 7 stars by now after 1 1/2 years. So you have either not farmed him consistently on a day to day basis or your statement is off.
Even if you farmed him from scratch, 330 shards are reached in much less time than your alleged 500 days as the drop rate is set around 33% even though it may not seem that way sometimes.
