Its more built around 3v3 than 5v5. Its in there purposely to not build using Reva. Its done in kits a lot. Queen Amidela for example, cant have GL Kenobi, Clone Wars Chewie, or Commander Tano or she cant summon her decoy. All Galactic Republic but to not allow for a too strong team. The goal is Barris lead, no Reva and rely on 9th as a tank. Now, use 9th on Inq and dont have Barris built up enough, revive enabled. I camt get above R5 with Barris, wont help me survive a majority of Kyber 2/Kyber 1. So, 9th can be with Reva and revive.
