Is Chopper Rogue One?
With territory battles having a mission specific to Rogue One characters, will Chopper be among those available to use? He was in the movie serving the Rebel alliance.

Don't forget Ghost.. should have Rogue One tag in fleet ;)- R2 is also Empire, because it was on the Deathstar.
- Chopper's kit is pointless without at least one phoenix toon with him, I wouldnt use him with rogue one toons anyways ;)
