Is F2P dying a slow death?

Am I the only F2P/Dolphin who feels like after a dozen or so Marque events that the game is slowly being built towards whales, thus leaving us long-dedicated F2Ps out in the cold watching the game pic...

I've been playing for 2 years and finally i'll unlocked Baze at 7 stars, finally I'll perhaps complète 6/6 on P6 Rogue One mission but I still have to Gear him UP. Yes, this how long it takes for a F2P just to unlock a toon on 1 Hard Node and even when you unlock thé toon, you still can't use it because of thé insane Gear requirement and especially of thé ridiculous drop rate.
Just think about it. Now I am farming Zombie to help my Guild un Hsith. When will I bé able to play ?
