is Fives ship Umbaran starfighter good?

Dont let the tm gain he gives away fool you, its a great ship. Super tanky, good specials. I hate fighting it.

Edit: As for being better than Ahsoka.... Id guess yes. I dont usually have problems fighting ahsoka.
