Is healing immunity WAI in GeoTB?

I understand healing immunity to mean that you can’t be healed by a healer or health steal. But it seems that when inflicting healing immunity on clones in GeoTB, the clone medic or Jedi consular can heal them with no problems. Is that WAI or a bug?

    In the case of Clone Trooper Medic, he equalises the health of all allies, which healing immunity doesn't prevent. It should stop the extra "heal them for 15% of their Max Protection" though.
