Is IG-86 a scoundrel? What's your position?
As ANYONE who has seen the Clone Wars show knows, not all droids are scoundrels but we do know for a fact that IG-86 is. Am I missing something? Or is this missing?

Scoundrel is a behavioural tag. Generic droids do not have individual conscious behaviour.
Soldiers kill people on command but that doesn't make them scoundrels. Assassins are not necessarily scoundrels unless they exhibit scoundrel behaviour.
FYI - scoundrel behaviour is lieing, cheating, gambling and stealing. Ig86 would do none of those things of its own accord.
